That’s kind of my thing.

I'm Lori Streator - leadership coach, podcast host, and someone who has spent nearly two decades helping high-achieving women figure out why success feels so much heavier than it's supposed to. With a clinical background spanning 20+ years, I bring a depth of understanding to coaching that goes beyond typical leadership frameworks.

Over the years, I kept noticing something: the women walking into my office weren't struggling because they lacked ambition or skill. They were struggling because no one had ever taught them how to navigate their goals & success without it costing them their sanity.

That's what led me here.

I work a little differently than most coaches. I'm not going to tell you to meditate more or buy a fancy planner. We're going to get into the real stuff - the patterns, the inner voice, the moments where you override your own needs because it feels easier than the alternative.

And yes, I'll probably make you laugh somewhere in the middle of it.
